Approved Specials Along with the World Evangelism Fund to which each local church contributes, there are a number of special projects that a local church can help fund, and which count toward the local church's goal of giving at least 10% of its revenues to missions. Among the Approved Specials are: Alabaster (funding property purchases and buildings) Work and Witness projects Missionary Health Care Compassionate Ministries District-Approved Mission projects Home Assignment (Deputation) offerings LINKS (Special Gifts for Individual Missionaries, Christmas and Birthdays) The 90th Anniversary Project of the Church is the Books for Pastors Project.
